He was born in 1975 in Erzurum. He completed his primary and secondary education in Erzurum. He graduated from Trakya University Customs Management Department, Anadolu University Management and Organization, Ahmet Yesevi University Management Organization Master's Degree, Bulent Ecevit University Finance Master's Degree with Thesis, took courses as a Finance Doctorate Special Student, still continues his education in Atatürk University Occupational Safety Specialization Department. .
He started his civil service in the Istanbul Revenue Office as a Attendance Officer on 20.12.2000. He worked in various tax units in Istanbul, and he served as Gökçebey District Property Manager (Affiliated Tax Office) and Procedural Manager of Zonguldak Tax Office for many years in the Revenue Specialist Staff. He graduated from Ankara Finance Vocational Training Course in 2010. He worked as the European Union Project Unit Coordinator and worked as a project writer, coordinator and executive for many projects. As the EFQM Excellence Model Trainer of the Revenue Administration, he attended many institution trainings, Legislation and individual development trainings in public institutions and organizations, and lectured as a lecturer in faculties and colleges. He served as a member and President of the Commendation Committee, as an Expert at the Court, Prosecutor's Office and as a member of the Foundation Board of Trustees.
He started to work as the Faculty Secretary of the Faculty of Science on 06.03.2019 at Bartın University, was appointed as the Deputy Head of Strategy Development Department as of 18.01.2021, and was appointed to the same staff as of 01.12.2021. He is an external evaluator of YÖKAK and TSE, and also serves in various commissions within Bartın University.
