T.R. Ministry of Treasury and Finance Strategy Development Unit Managers Meeting was held at Karadeniz Technical University Osman Turan Culture and Congress Centre. The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Halil İbrahim OKUMUŞ, Vice Rector of Karadeniz Technical University, Yakup TEKİN, Director General of Public Financial Management and Transformation of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, Deputy Directors General, Heads of Departments of the Ministry, Necmettin YÜKSEL, Head of Department of Public Procurement Authority, Chief Controllers of Accounting, Experts of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, Cemil DEMİR, Head of Department of General Directorate of Strategy and Budget Directorate, Budget Experts, Heads of Strategy Development Departments of Higher Education Institutions and many academicians and administrative staff.
Following the opening speeches, presentations were made to the participants on Saving Measures Information System, Public Fleet Management System and Expenditure Review, Performance Based Programme Budget Applications, Internal Control System Monitoring and Evaluation Guide, Public Enterprise Risk Management Guide, Public Procurement as a Policy Tool within the Framework of Changing Approaches, Integrated Public Financial Management Information System, Electronic Tender Application and Cash Management.
In the meeting, which was very productive, the latest developments and plans in public finance were discussed at length with questions and answers.
