The results of the Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey within the Scope of the 2022 PDCA Cycle have greatly increased our motivation.
- As the Strategy Development Department, the overall satisfaction rate in the feedback of the survey we made to our internal stakeholders was 85%,
- According to the results of the survey conducted at the end of the training, in which information, opinions and suggestions were exchanged about the current changes regarding the salary trustees of our university and the personnel working in the budget, the overall satisfaction rate was 93.8% and
- According to the results of the survey conducted at the end of the "Administration and Unit Activity Report Preparation Processes" training, which was held with more than two hundred participants from different universities/public institutions, the overall satisfaction rate was 98%.
We will continue to work with determination to increase the sustainability of our stakeholders' satisfaction.
