A unit consultation meeting was held to evaluate the work carried out by our Presidency and to make institutional processes more effective.

The meeting was attended by department heads, staff, and students working within the scope of the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR). The meeting addressed financial management processes, strategic planning studies, performance evaluation activities, and internal coordination issues. In addition, current work was evaluated, and an exchange of views took place regarding encountered problems and proposed solutions. It was stated that a participatory management approach is important for institutional development, and that the opinions and suggestions of staff and students in decision-making processes contribute to improving service quality. Furthermore, the meeting included evaluations of planned activities for the upcoming period, and the importance of strengthening cooperation and coordination was emphasized.
