The Bartın University Strategy Development Department held its 2025 Unit Advisory Board Meeting online. During the meeting, stakeholders were informed about our strategic planning and monitoring activities. The process of updating the university's strategic plan in accordance with the relevant legislation due to the change in rector was discussed. Furthermore, suggestions regarding the effective use of resources and budget management were presented, and steps to strengthen internal control systems and improve financial audit processes were discussed. The scope and effectiveness of personnel training programs were reviewed, and measures to improve accounting processes were discussed. Ways to make the audit processes more efficient were identified, and problems encountered in the administrative and financial functioning of the strategy development departments were shared and presented to the advisory board members for their opinions and solution suggestions. As the Strategy Development Department, we thank all our stakeholders for their valuable contributions.
