Cemil DEMİR, Head of Department of the Presidency Strategy and Budget Department of the General Directorate of Budget, and Esra ÖZGÜR GÜL, Budget Expert, who have never failed to support us and made great contributions to the institutional progress of our university with their solution-oriented approach, were visited by Kadir ÇELİK, Head of the Strategy Development Department.
