BARU 2024-2028 Strategic Plan studies are continuing.

Our University's Strategic Plan studies are carried out by the Strategic Planning Teams in line with the Preparatory Program timeline.
Within the scope of Situation Analysis studies; Institutional history, Evaluation of the strategic plan being implemented, Legislative analysis, Analysis of upper policy documents, Determination of activity areas and products and services, Stakeholder analysis, Internal analysis, Program-Subprogram Analysis, Academic Activities Analysis, Higher Education Sector Analysis and SWOT Analysis studies. phases have been completed to a large extent and the work on the Differentiation Strategy section has been started.
