2024-2028 Strategic Plan Preparation Program Meeting was held with the Members of our University's Strategic Planning Team.

According to the Strategic Planning Guide published for Universities, the Strategic Management Process in the Preparation of the Strategic Plan consists of 7 main titles. The first stage of the process, the Strategic Plan Preparation Process, was announced by our Rector Prof. Dr. It was completed by Orhan UZUN's announcement that the 2024-2028 Strategic Plan preparation works were started and with the approval of the Strategy Development Board, the Strategic Planning Team consisting of 43 people representing the spending units and the Strategic Plan Preparation Program were formed to carry out the preparations for the Strategic Plan.

In the situation analysis, which is the second stage of the process, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Under the chairmanship of Mehmet ZAHMAKIRAN, a meeting was held with the members of the Strategic Planning Team on 10/06/2022 at 14:00 in the library building conference hall; The Strategic Plan Preparation Program for the 2024-2028 Period was presented, the strategic management processes were mentioned, and the task distribution was made to the academic and administrative staff in the team.

Since the Strategic Plan for the 2024-2028 period, which will be prepared by the Strategic Planning team under the coordination of the Strategy Development Department, will be submitted to the Presidency's Strategy and Budget Department in April 2023, regular meetings will be held in accordance with the timetable determined in order to use the time effectively.
